Choices was founded by Charles Casebeer, M.D. He spent many years researching light-based treatments for eye care and eventually for cosmetic procedures as well. He is currently assisting physicians across the US to open Choices centers.

Our facility in Hawaii was founded by Gary Edwards, M.D. Dr Edwards is one of Hawaii's Best Doctors as voted by Honolulu Magazine. He is an ophthalmologist and is Hawaii's near-vision CK leader.

Dr Edwards offers this personal message to readers of this web site:

"I am very excited to share with you a new addition to our practice: a new generation of skin rejuvenation using light therapy.

As you may know, ophthalmologists are among the most highly trained professionals in understanding and using the properties of light energy. In my years of involvement with lasers, LASIK and laser vision correction, I have become very familiar with the therapeutic application of light to tissue.

As an extension of my work with light technologies, I became interested in new light-based therapies, which rejuvenate the skin to create a younger and healthier appearance. The new advanced phototherapies are noninvasive, easy to undergo, have minimal risk, and require no recovery time. There is no "red face" and you can go back to your daily routine immediately afterwards.

We specialize in:

  • Skin Rejuvenation

  • Skin Tightening

  • Wrinkle Reduction

  • Colored Spot Reduction

  • Small Blood Vessel Reduction

  • Permanent hair Reduction

I invite you to call our Choices office today and schedule a free consultation with one of our specially trained aesthetic consultants."
